Bastille (Exotic Shield Concept by mkirshnikov)

My first ever shield concept. To be honest this was a tough one simply because i had no clue how to start buuuuut i kinda figured it out how

Backstory: This is the shield of Akyra, the Wall. Famous for single handedly taking out hive tombships from inside and out with help from her shield, which she kept with her at all times, and her guns, which were large enough to injure someone if shot incorrectly. After Akyra's passing, the shield was lost... until now. The shield has lost some of it's power, but is still powerful enough to aid Guardians on their adventures.

Range: 20

Defense: 100

Efficiency: 50

Energy: 65

Speed: 25

Perks: Solar Damage

Bulwark: Blocking with this weapon blocks all damage, but costs more charge per hit.

Perk 1: Tempered Light

1st Tree: Warrior of Light, Scabbard.

Exotic Perk: Bastille: Blocking returns a small portion of damage taken as health and charges, and while blocking, pressing RT/R2 initiates a powerful charge attack that you can hold until you run out of charges for the shield.

2nd Tree: Scabbard, Thrive by the Shield(Same purpose as Thrive by the Sword.).
